This has been a huge shocker for many.
I voted for Trump because he’s the only one that can end the war in Ukraine But this has been a pleasant peace surprise.
My gut tells me this is motivated by all the deals his personal business is making with these countries to build hotels and golf courses, which is corruption but heres the thing………he can’t make those personal business deals with rich oil countries unless he makes peace with them.
So it’s a bad thing causing a really good thing to happen.
This is the opposite position of most politicians that enrich themselves with lobby money bribes from the military industrial complex so they can get rich making weapons to kill people.
Hotels and golf courses don’t kill people(unless you’re John elways pal that fell off the golf cart and hit his head)
I’d much rather see personal corruption that causes massive benefits to everybody, which is unprecedented really, than no corruption and no benefits.
We should keep in mind that making peace with terrorist countries causes their terrorism aimed at the United States to be diminished.
Let’s not forget that Trump also caused us to lose our closest ally, Canada that now thinks of us as an adversary, exactly because he intentionally crapped all over them
So we know that theres much more to this than just Trump trying to reach out and make friends with adversaries.
His absurd tariffs scheme could also be tied to him trying to make personal business deals with those countries, just like he’s doing in the Middle East right now.
This is extraordinary………more to come!
if he can close the deal and Lock Iran in the shadows without places like Syria at their side Trump will have pulled the deal any of our lifetimes. Seems odd that with that goal very near we have to find some way to let tds sink right back in the conversation and accuse Trump of something none of us knows anything about {possible private deals} Bad enough our own press is focused on the negative daily but we do not have to fall for that crap on the Forum.

Hey Mike,
Say what? You’re now trying to set up for a potential excuse for massive Constitution violating personal corruption by Trump, especially after you incessantly talk about assumed Joe Biden corruption which I don’t believe is anywhere near as bad as that of Trump’s? Even if Biden’s corruption were as bad as Trump’s, I can’t believe what Injust read. I hope I’m misunderstanding you or that you’re not being serious. If that’s the case, I apologize for the misunderstanding.
Trump's Middle East visit comes as his family deepens its business, crypto ties in the region

Thanks much, mcfarm! I think you know how much I'm committed to busting conspiracy theories, fake news, propaganda, lies and DISinformation..........from BOTH sides.
Hey Mike,
In case you missed it, I posted ITT one minute before you did.
Thanks, Larry. I had missed it.
Yes, you are misinterpreting me because I'm not even sure what my opinion is going to be on this until we have more information.
You're also misinterpreting the comparison with Biden.
What Biden did was wrong and it had only Biden family benefits NOBODY ELSE and probably played a role in Biden's war against Russia.
IF this is Trump doing it for personal business reasons, it's wrong but you are missing my point that it seems to be having a positive , not a negative impact in other realms (like Biden had) .
I'm just stating facts and the consequences of those facts.
There is another huge difference between Biden and Trump here.
Trump has a real business that builds hotels and golf courses when foreign countries give them money for that.
Biden was selling the Biden brand. Pay for play
Millions of dollars went into Biden family accounts from foreign countries.
What was the Biden business? What did they make? What services did they provide.
Hunter's business was practicing illegally as a foreign lobbyist (with Jim Biden's help) selling access to his VP dad.
Hunter and Jim didn't make anything or do anything for the people giving the Biden's millions that went to their shell companies to make it harder to track the money.
Trump may be doing something unethical(I don't know yet) but he has a REAL business that is giving people value for their money and apparently improving relationships between them and the US.
IFFF Trump is doing something unethical, I'm just stating what part of the consequences will likely be in the real world.
Like I said at the bottom of the first post.........more to come.
Related to the OBJECTIVE Trump vs Biden comparison.
This is more of a Biden vs all other qualified presidents and basic minimal standards for being president comparison.
Trump can be compared to the same standards for a president and he fails badly on several accounts but trying to elevate Biden by comparing him to Trump just does not cut it with me.
Or even more absurdly, trying to make Trump look bad by comparing him to the worst president in history(Biden).
Yes, Trump has some bombastic and divisive traits that are the worst in history by an extremely wide margin. He's showing some potential corruption in this thread, that I pointed out that are potentially unethical.......but complicated here. I NEVER overlook corruption, I analyze it objectively.
However, it's a hallmark TDS trait to spin topics as negative as possible about Trump whenever possible via the human cognitive bias trait.
Just as the MAGA side(TGS-Trump Glorifying Syndrome) spins EVERYTHING positive no matter how absurd.
Biden is back.

Polls are often a snapshot into the minds of people that reflects how effective the propaganda is from their sources.
This move by Trump was a propaganda disaster for his side that backfired!
Trump tables’ “Tariffs Charged to USA” not really that

Oh but what about the fact that the stock market is higher now than it was when he announced his tariffs on April 2nd?
As if that means they won't cause Americans to pay higher prices.
As if that means they will fix the trade imbalance between our rich country and poor countries.
As if that means they don't really represent an extremely counter productive policy against free trade that hurts almost everybody, everywhere and displays a blatant lack of understanding of the principles of global economics and trade and WILL NEVER WORK!
As if this isn't more evidence of Trumps delusions of grandeur, pathological thinking that makes him unpredictable. Sometimes dangerous.......sometimes great agenda., always the "Omnipotent Bloviator" personality.
