Then why all the fuss about an interview with Mueller, hmmmmm?

President Trump is defending himself and the White House from the ongoing Russia probe, saying he has "nothing to hide" amid reports that White House Counsel Don McGahn is cooperating with Special Counsel Robert Mueller. In a series of tweets Sunday morning, Mr. Trump slammed a New York Times report that McGahn had been cooperating "extensively" with Mueller over the last nine months and has submitted to a series of three interviews with investigators – totaling 30 hours of face-time.

"The failing New York Times wrote a fake piece today implying that because White House Councel [sic] Don McGahn was giving hours of testimony to the Special Councel [sic], he must be a John Dean type "RAT,"" Mr. Trump tweeted Sunday. He reiterated that he "allowed" McGahn and "all others" to testify, and that he "didn't have to."

He was probably advised to allow it, to avoid subpoenas to compel their appearance. That would give the impression of something to hide.

Because there was no law broken to prosecute.

ohh but Cohen says there were laws broken. Of course that is his opinion after being dwith 1000 years in jail, the pulling of his toe nails, and water boarding every 15 minutes....then he slipped that phrase right in there and the Mueller team told him every word to say. Out today after all the media frenzy are people like a Cornell law professor who is laughing out loud about these silly charges because a low life like Cohen "said so"....now we go on to when Obama was charged, paid the largest election fine ever at 375,000 dollars and it was never mentioned again

There is no LEGAL PRESEDENCE to a plea bargain... you need ADJUDICATION otherwise Mueller can make up

any crime for Cohen to plead guilty for in a plea bargain.
