is huge due to Trump's trade war. Rural America gets the shaft due to Don the Con's ineptitude.

hey cliff, did you even happen to notice that little usda  report on Friday.....something about the largest carry over....guess what? large production, price goes down....but with lower prices customers buy more. And if they happen to get a dollar break down south they will buy even more....eventually it will pay us too

Whether or not we've sold at higher prices before Trump's trade war is of secondary concern to this demand destructing and trade distorting trade policy wrought upon us by this inept president. The primary concern by producers and commodity groups is in fact DEMAND DESTRUCTION. Our commodity checkoff dollars have been used by commodity groups who've  worked tirelessly to promote sales of our products around the world and now we're seeing those efforts destroyed by an egotistical and inept tyrant. Trade distorting policies DON'T work.

Here's a prime example of a trade distorting policy that most but not all have forgotten. I mentioned this to a Mn. Soybean Growers Assn. rep. a few days ago at Farmfest and he told me he's now hearing of the Russian Grain Embargo and how it compares to the Trump's tariff induced trade war quite often these days...

Trump's tariffs led to trade war talk which distorted and reduced our crop prices which leads to lower economic activity in rural America. There's no disputing this.
