Smoot-hawley by any other name is on the way.

Results will be the same they always are.

The whipsawing of all markets are starting to wear on people and that is not a good thing.

see you are writing fake news for cnn again. Number 1 there is no trade war. That is a lie. Number 2 there are negotiations, talks, reviews. That is what is happening. Again, China has been cheating for decades. China got caught. China needs huge pies of grain to feed. China will buy just like they did after the 50 cent sell off.....oh.. guess you decided not to include that little fact in your headline

China has huge piles of grain, you obviously don't understand you can raise animals without soybeans and nobody stated that China would not buy any soybeans they will, its just that ours will be the last choice and since we are holding stocks prices will fall.

Its all very simple economics.

What was the reason that trump ordered The next round of 100B in tariffs ???

Iran can sell oil when the world is pressing down with sanctions, but no beans are going to leave the US because of a 25% tariff?  HAHAHAHA

Brazil will buy US beans for themselves and sell SA beans to China at an inflated price all day long.

and furthermore there is ample evidence that 2018 stocks will go quickly. With Argentina now est as low as 35mts down some 750million bu from where they started. Now 2019 could be a major price problem for bean producers with everybody raising a good crop anyways....get up to date frey and quit posting crap

The one thing I like about trading commodities, is that all the market has to do in order for me to make money, is move.
