Poorly Informed Nonsense

Can anyone tell me what "poorly informed nonsense" is, besides it being the opposite of well informed nonsense (sarcasm at its finest)? 

One of our beloved posters continues to baffle us, using this phrase to deprecate me in an earlier post today.  You will recall another of his  puzzling testimonies,  that he had a "stirring in his loins at age 6," over a neighborhood girl, and yet another doozy, "stupid and liberal is redundant" (sic).

Some shticks don't age well, especially those that weren't interesting or funny to begin with.
