Now this is a little unnerving.
* Re: Continental Congress 2009 "Be it further Resolved, that: this Body appeals to the People to secure their sovereignty by any and all means necessary. This body recognizes that if or when force is brought to bear on the People, it is the Right of the People to meet that force with equal force; be it from a foreign body, or the misuse of domestic power. Any infringement on the Liberty and Freedom of the People as enumerated in the Constitution is an act of WAR against the people and the People and their Militias have the Right and Duty to repel it."
I haven't been able to read all of it yet. I'm about halfway. But I do like it so far. And I am definitely willing to support this. But if the fed gov in place decides to bring force upon the people, it will be discovered just how badly outmatched the people really are.
The second amendment covers the right to keep and bear arms. But the people will have never seen the likes of arms that the government can bring to bear on the people. Much less have any of them in their possession. And they can make even full auto weapons seem like mere pea shooters.
None the less, I support the effort to restructure our government in such a way as to bring it back to the best interests of the people.
Anyone else got the gonads for that? Reply to 'Continental Congress 2009' |
